Salon Policies To provide an exceptional and seamless experience for every guest, please review and respect the following policies. These guidelines allow us to maintain the highest level of service, timing, and care. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Within the 48-hour window: Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will incur a fee of $50 or 50% of the scheduled service total (whichever is greater), charged to the card on file. Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours): Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. All outstanding balances must be settled prior to booking future appointments. Late Arrivals
We value your time as well as that of all our guests. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will require a modification of services or rescheduling, depending on availability. Full-service pricing will still apply. Guests & Children
To preserve a serene and focused environment, and for safety and space considerations, we ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments. Children under 13 years of age are not permitted unless prior approval has been granted. Non-compliance will result in appointment cancellation and full-service pricing will still apply. Leaving During Appointment
For the integrity of your service, we require that clients remain present for the entirety of their appointment. Leaving the premises during your service disrupts scheduling and will require the remainder of the appointment to be rescheduled for a later date. 100% of the originally scheduled appointment will still be charged day of, additional charges will incur at subsequent appointment.
